Bookkeeping and finance support, on a monthly rhythm

Books close late, so decisions get made on numbers nobody fully trusts yet.

Cash flow only becomes visible when it is already tight.

Who this is for

Owners who need reliable monthly numbers and someone to read them with — whether or not software is part of the answer.

  • Receivables and payables review
  • Management reports you can act on
  • Cash-flow forecast and budget review

What you receive

  • An agreed close schedule and a monthly reporting pack

Workflow example

A monthly cycle

  1. Collect

Sales, expenses, bank and payment records come together for the month.

  2. Reconcile

Accounts, receivables and payables are checked and the differences explained.

  3. Report

You receive the reporting pack on the agreed schedule.

  4. Review

We go through the numbers with you: what changed, and what it means for the next month.

  5. Fix

One or two process issues are picked up and closed before the next cycle.

Implementation and handover

  • This is ongoing support, not a build: the work runs to an agreed monthly rhythm.
  • Handover works the other way here — we work inside your records and leave documentation behind, not a system to maintain.
  • Where software is the real answer (point of sale, payroll or reporting), that becomes a separate scoped project.
  • CFO-level support — cash-flow planning, margins, controls — is added as a focused diagnostic, then ongoing work where it is useful.

Integrations assessed during discovery

  • The accounting file or system you already keep
  • Bank and payment records used for reconciliation
  • Payroll output, where salaries need to reach the books
  • Sales records from a POS or another system, where they feed reporting

We work with the tools already in place where they are good enough, and say so when they are not.
